Each year, the MSP 501 recognizes some of the biggest and most successful managed service providers (MSPs) in the world. It’s the most comprehensive ranking of leading managed service providers and is presented each year by Channel Futures.
Channel Futures unites the diverse ecosystem of companies that comprise the “new channel,” which includes managed service providers, systems integrators, born-in-the-cloud services companies, specialized service providers, consultants, Value Added Resellers (VARs) and other organizations that operate outside of the traditional information and telecommunications technology (ICT) channel.
The MSP 501 ranking is important because it identifies the world’s most forward-thinking IT Managed Service Providers who follow the leading trends in technology, and Spade Technology is honored to be one of them.
The MSP 501 list recognizes top Managed Service Providers based on metrics, including recurring revenue, growth, and other factors. MSPs were ranked according to their unique methodology, which acknowledges that not all revenue streams are created equal. They weighted revenue figures according to how well the applicant’s business strategy anticipates trends in the fast-evolving channel ecosystem.
Kris Blackmon, Channel Futures & Channel Futures Senior Editor – MSP 501 tells us:
“I am thrilled to congratulate you on your placement on the 2019 MSP 501 rankings! You beat out an astounding number of applicants and can call yourself one of the top managed service providers in the world.
You’ve heard me say repeatedly that last year, we received the largest and most diverse number of applicants in the survey’s history. From 2018 to 2019, there was a 35% growth rate in the number of submissions to the MSP 501 for applicants competing in a wide range of verticals, offering a diverse mix of services and from every continent on the globe apart from Antarctica, where in my understanding there isn’t a huge demand for managed IT services.”
Receiving the MSP 501 Award and designation shows that Spade Technology has risen above the competition to be recognized as a world-class Managed Service Provider.
“We believe technology should make it easier for our clients to do business. And we pride ourselves on finding innovative and cost-effective solutions to solve our clients’ technology-related problems so they can focus on reaching their business goals.” Myles Keough, CEO of Spade Technology
Spade Technology was founded in 2001 with a simple goal: Give the same kind of IT solutions expected by large-scale corporations to small and mid-sized businesses across New England. Too many companies suffer under IT that is slapped together or just not right for their real needs, and they think they can’t afford to get the kind of expert guidance that big-name businesses do. Our team came together to go above and beyond other New England IT companies.
