Bain Capital Rolls Out Six New Public Websites Design and Architected by Spade Technology

MANSFIELD, MA – Spade Technology, Inc., a regional information technology service provider, has successfully completed an extensive Web site design project for Bain Capital, one of the nation’s leading financial investment firms with headquarters in Boston. The project involved developing a new and distinctive “look and feel”, updated graphics, and more sophisticated, yet easy-to-use operational characteristics for six public Web sites representing the following Bain Capital business units: Bain Capital Private Equity, Bain Capital Europe, Bain Capital Ventures, Brookside Capital Partners, Sankaty Advisors, and the main Bain Capital Web site.
Spade’s efforts focused on conceptual design, site mechanics, software code development, template layout issues, and digital photography. Bain Capital’s own in-house Web development team performed the actual implementation and deployment of the new sites. According to Spade Technology CEO, Myles Keough, “Each site is perceived by visitors as a ‘stand alone’ unique to a particular, independent business unit. However, we took special care to ensure that all four sites share a closely related corporate identity, operate in a manner consistent with their sister sites, and link tightly to each other to facilitate inter- and intra-site navigation by visitors.”
